Particularly interested and specialized in rural and complex title searching matters, including those involving mining lands. I work exclusively for lawyers. Full search summaries include, without limitation, noted up copies of block maps and plans, and succinctly summarized notes covering the following issues:

• Legal description and dimensions of the property;

• Registered ownership and issues associated therewith;

• Encumbrances;

• Easements/access issues;

• Agreements registered on title;

• Restrictive covenants;

• Review of any descriptive inconsistencies with adjoining properties;

• Planning Act search;

• Crown Patent search (if requested);

• Review of registered surveys;

• Unregistered hydro easements;

• Execution searches; and

• Review of Agreement of Purchase and Sale (if applicable and requested).
